Currently run by local catering experts Relish, their is much pride that 80% of all ingredients used on the menu are sourced nearby from suppliers in Gloucestershire and within 30 miles.
Relish directors Rob Goves and Philippa Sawyer have been hands on when creating a menu to match the venue too.
Wood fired pizzas with a signature Shipton Mill base are the focus, with locally sourced toppings including Kelmscott Pork Chorizo, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Chilli and Garden Herbs. Or the traditional four cheese that includes a Brinkworth Blue and a Double Gloucester from Liz & Brian at Godsells Cheese.
Others include Wiltshire Ham Hock and Evesham Spinach making 2-4-1 pizza nights on Tuesdays a difficult evening to miss.
